Today, Fady is a coach and consultant in personal branding and executive storytelling, helping leaders and founders build their online presence to unlock the opportunities they deserve.

Fady has empowered 6,500 professionals, including LinkedIn Top Voices, to master the art of building an impactful online presence. He is considered one of the top LinkedIn experts in the Middle East. 

Fady is an adjunct faculty member at The American University in Cairo School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, a mentor at the School of Business, an international speaker and media figure.

After 20-plus years in in-house corporate communications roles, Mel took the leap into freelancing at the end of 2020 and hasn’t looked back. She’s since built a small but mighty agency, Cuttlefish, that now supports clients around the world. Specialising in change communication, Mel is a two-book author, international speaker and workshop facilitator, and international award-winner.

In her spare time, she teaches yoga and group fitness, and is learning Spanish while also questioning her life choices as she starts her PhD pathway.
